ABOUT SFH

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a science based therapy where we combine Solution Focused Brief Therapy with hypnosis which is a very powerful couple, helping clients to move forward in a relatively short period of time. Modern research has shown us that the brain has plasticity and so is able to change unhelpful behaviours that may have seemed impossible to shift previously by using this therapy.

I offer a free hours consultation on-line to see if SFH (solution focused hypnotherapy is right for you and how we can work together as a team to help you to get the results you want.

If you would prefer an in-person initial consultation, it is charged at £10 which is redeemable against your first session should you want to proceed.

I currently work both in-person in my Sidcup (DA14) clinic, and on-line through the well known Zoom platform allowing flexibility and ease of attendance.

Hypnosis can help with many things from stress and anxiety to phobias and stopping smoking, this is just to name a few. The really important thing about hypnotherapy is collaboration. When we are working together as a team in Solution Focused hypnotherapy you as the client must understand that hypnotherapy is not a 'quick fix' but a process by which you ultimately want to make change.

By committing to the process you understand the therapy it is a two way relationship where I will help you to identify what changes need to take place, and you will work to take action in those specific areas to create the life changes that you want to make.
